Trade minister, Tunisia envoytalk cooperation

AMMAN — Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Maha Al Ali on Wednesday met Tunisian Ambassador to Jordan Khalid Suhaili and discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the economic, trade and investment fields to serve the best interests of the two countries.
Talks highlighted the importance of resuming the meetings of joint Jordanian-Tunisian committees, which have been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, while a number of which were held via videoconferencing, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The two sides also focused on the need for preparing for the 10th session of the Joint Jordanian-Tunisian higher committee meetings and the meetings of the joint Jordanian-Tunisian trade committee to be held during 2021.
Ali drew attention to the importance of such meetings in enhancing the two countries’ economic cooperation in various fields.
