Two children dead in heater-related incident

AMMAN — Two brothers died of carbon monoxide poisoning at their family home in the capital on Sunday, a statement from the Civil Defence Department (CDD) said.
CDD personnel administered first aid to the children, four and two years old, and took them to the Prince Hamzah Hospital where they were pronounced dead. The incident was caused by the apparent misuse of a kerosene heater, the statement added.
