AMMAN — In celebration of Universal Children’s Day, the West Asia-North Africa (WANA) Institute, under the chairmanship of HRH Prince Hassan, is scheduled to release an animated film on Friday as part of its upcoming Children in Conflict project, according to a statement.
The film depicts the impact of violence across the region upon children, and the urgent need for change. Over the next year, the WANA Institute will work with NGOs around the region to build and maintain an online photographic tribute wall to remember those children who have lost their lives in conflict. The tribute wall will be launched in both English and Arabic next week. The link to the video can be found on the WANA institute website, www.wanainstitute.org.
