90 violations to be referred to Anti-Corruption Commission

AMMAN — MP Ahmad Safadi (Amman, 3rd District), head of the Lower House Finance Committee, on Saturday said that 90 violations listed in the Audit Bureau’s report will be referred to the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission following a vote by MPs, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Safadi said the violations are as follows: the Greater Amman Municipality (27 violations), the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (17), the ministries of finance (8), education (19), labour (7), tourism (3), transport (5), trade and industry (3) and agriculture (3), the Jordan Industrial Estates Company (8 violations), the Economic and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans (2), the University of Jordan (1), the ministries of social affairs (1), awqaf (1), public works (8), health (7), ICT (1), the National Centre for Diabetes (1), the Social Security Investment Fund (1), the Central Bank of Jordan (1) and Al Urdonia Lil Ebda company (1).
