Awqaf Ministry organises int’l conference for Al Aqsa

AMMAN — Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Abdul Nasser Abul Bassal on Monday announced that, under Royal Patronage, an international conference titled, “A call for Al Aqsa Mosque” is due to be held on December 20.

The conference will be organised by the ministry, in cooperation with Parliament. Abul Bassal also condemned violations committed by occupation forces against Muslim sites in occupied Jerusalem, noting that such actions provoke the sentiments of Arabs and Muslims all over the world, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
