AND arrests drug dealer in eastern Amman

AMMAN — A special security force from the Anti-Narcotics Department on Wednesday raided a drug dealer’s residence in eastern Amman and arrested him in possession of large quantities of illicit drugs. The Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson said that the search of the house yielded 12 palm-sized sheets of hashish, about 2,000 narcotic pills and a firearm, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
