Grace period for unvaccinated foreign workers to end December 15

AMMAN — The grace period granted for foreign workers who have not received two jabs of the COVID vaccine will end on December 15.
If foreign workers do not receive the vaccine by this deadline, they will face "strict measures", including potential deportation, the Ministry of Interior said on Wednesday.
The ministry, in a statement, said that the decision aims to protect public health, adding that foreign workers can receive the vaccine for free and without the need to present their residency or work permits, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
