Safadi, Kuwaiti FM talk ties, region

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah on Wednesday discussed means of bolstering bilateral cooperation in various fields.

Safadi and Sheikh Ahmed, over the phone, emphasised the ongoing institutional work to bolster the Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations, in accordance with the directives of the two countries' leaderships, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.

As part of ongoing coordination, the two sides also discussed the latest regional developments, in addition to efforts to resolve regional crises, establish security and stability, as well as enhance joint Arab action.
