AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), on Thursday said that it had dispatched an 11-truck convoy carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The JHCO said that the convoy was loaded with medical equipment, medicines and gluten-free flour, which will be transported to the Jordanian military field hospital in Gaza and the Palestinian Ministry of Health for distribution to recipients in the coastal enclave, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Secretary-General of the JHCO Hussein Shibli stated that the organisation is keen to provide Gazans with items they need, praising the role of the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation's contribution in supplying gluten-free flour, noting the significance of this product for those who have a wheat allergy.
