Abu Rumman meets with Hashemite University students

AMMAN — Minister of Youth Mohammed Abu Rumman has met with the founding members of a youth centre at Hashemite University to check on their proposed plan to implement programmes for students, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
Rumman stressed that the youth centre is “first of its kind” among Jordanian universities and will provide opportunities for youth to participate in programmes that fit their needs and promote youth participation, Petra, reported.
The youth presented a work plan that aims to enhance the democratic empowerment of youth and skills to conduct debates.
