Army chief meets with US president’s evangelical advisors

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Sunday received the members of the evangelical advisory council of the US president, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and issues of common interests of both countries’ armed forces. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Strategic Planning and Defence Resources and senior officials from the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.
