Army chief, Omani military delegation discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Sunday received an Omani military delegation headed by Director of the Cyber Defence Directorate Brig. Gen. Mohammad Bin Saleh Bin Ahmed Farisi.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of joint cooperation and coordination in various military, operational, training and logistical fields, with the aim of achieving goals that serve the two countries' armed forces, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

A number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army and the Omani military attaché in Amman attended the meeting.
