Army foils alleged infiltration attempt from Syria

AMMAN — A military source in the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army said that the northern military command on Tuesday foiled an alleged infiltration attempt, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
The suspect attempted to cross the border from Syria into Jordan, the army said, noting that it applied the rules of engagement which led to the arrest of the suspect and transferred him to the relevant authorities.
