Associations reiterate support for King’s stance on Jerusalem, Palestine

AMMAN — The Anti-Israel-Normalisation Conference on Saturday reiterated unity in support of His Majesty King Abdullah’s stance on Jerusalem and Palestine, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Members of various associations, secretaries general of political parties and activists attended the conference at the Professional Association Complex.
In an address, President of the Jordanian Engineers Association Ahmad Zu’bi denounced and rejected any action taken against Jerusalem and international resolutions, according to Petra.
Zu’bi stressed the need for unity towards a national project to face up to internal and external challenges facing Jordan, pointing out that Jordanian associations will always side with national and Arab causes, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause.
