Banks launch ‘Muath Kasasbeh scholarship fund’

AMMAN — The Association of Banks in Jordan has recently launched a scholarship fund and named it after fallen air force pilot Muath Kasasbeh, as a token of appreciation for his role in defending the Kingdom.
The decision was announced at the association board’s annual meeting with Central Bank of Jordan Governor Ziad Fariz to discuss the performance of banks in 2014.
