Book on Arab Revolt launched

AMMAN — A book, titled “The Arab Revolt: Path of Martyrdom and Renaissance”, by Sultan Hattab was launched on Thursday at a ceremony attended by HRH Prince Ali, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The book retraces the most important events of the Revolt, which started in 1916 against Ottoman rule. During the ceremony, also attended by Amman Mayor Aqel Biltaji, Hattab noted that the Revolt has been “a continuous renaissance”.
