Dughmi to head House panel drafting response to King’s speech

AMMAN — The Lower House committee entrusted with drafting a response to His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne on Tuesday elected MP Abdul Karim Dughmi as chairman.

During a meeting chaired by Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh, the committee also elected MP Mahmoud Kharabsheh as the committee’s rapporteur.
