Fair to showcase scholarships available at US universities

AMMAN — Jordanians interested in obtaining a scholarship to further their education in the US can meet representatives from several American universities and colleges at a fair slated to take place on March 3 in Amman.

The American Education Expo Scholarship Fair will be held at the Kempinski Hotel on Abdul Hameed Shoman Street from 6pm to 9pm.

Entrance is free, according to a statement released by the International Student Network, the fair’s organiser.

“Representatives from these American colleges and universities will discuss undergraduate and graduate admissions and scholarship opportunities,” the statement said.

Interested students should bring copies of their report cards, transcripts, and TOEFL scores.
