Finance Ministry to repay tax rebates

AMMAN — The Finance Ministry on Monday decided to pay all the tax rebates to citizens and companies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Under the decision, made under the directives of the prime minister, a total of JD120 million will be transferred to the Income and Sales Tax Department, Department of Lands and Survey and the Transport Ministry to enable them to pay the dues.
The transferred fund will also include the Health Ministry’s financial dues for hospitals and medicine warehouses, Petra reported.
