Freihat discusses defence cooperation with Japan foreign minister

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Thursday met with Japanese Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Masahisa Sato and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, Freihat and the minister discussed means of cooperation and coordination, and ways to boost relations in the defence field between the two countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
