GAM has 100 per cent complaints’ response rate — report

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in the first quarter of the year dealt with 100 per cent of the complaints it received from citizens, according to a report released by the Public Sector Development Ministry on Saturday.
Suleiman Bustami, head of GAM’s public service department, said that complaints mainly focused on garbage collection, road maintenance and lighting, streets’ names, insect infestations and rainwater drainage networks, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
