IEC sets up election call centre

AMMAN — The Independent Election Commission (IEC) on Monday announced the establishment of a call centre for the upcoming local and municipal elections, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The centre aims to receive people’s queries and comments on a toll free line (117100) from all networks.
IEC said that trained staff will deal with questions from 8am until 8pm for six days a week, and from 8am until 5pm on Fridays.
