Institutions present donations to Himmat Watan fund

AMMAN — Several institutions on Monday offered donations to the Himmat Watan (A Nation’s Efforts) fund to support national efforts to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
AlOwn Advanced Group donated JD500,000 to the fund and the Invest Bank offered JD700,000, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Minister of Local Administration and Chairman of the Cities and Villages Development Bank Walid Masri announced that the bank decided to donate JD250,000 from honoraria resulting from administrating international projects, while the Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company extended JD750,000 to the fund.
