Issawi follows up on Jerash residents demands

AMMAN — Under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, Royal Hashemite Court Secretary General Yousef Issawi, head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal initiatives, on Tuesday visited Jerash to follow up on demands submitted by Jerash Governorate’s residents during their meeting with His Majesty in the home of former minister and MP Mufleh Rahimi, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The visit included inspecting some of the projects and services provided to the citizens. Issawi also met with a number of Jerash’s people to discuss the developmental issues they presented to His Majesty, especially in the agriculture and tourism sectors.

Accompanied by Minister of Public Works and Housing Sami Halasa, Jerash Governor Mamoun Lawzi, and Jerash Governorate Council Chairman Mahmoud Afeef, Issawi visited the Marsaa youth club and the Mastabeh Secondary School for Boys, which will receive a new building.
