AMMAN — Journalists for Human Rights (JHR) in partnership with Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism have launched the fourth edition of the Human Rights Reporting Award in Jordan, according to a joint statement.

The Human Rights Reporting Award is meant to encourage the production of high quality human rights journalism that can have a positive impact within communities through promoting a constructive public dialogue around human rights issues.

To enter the competition, journalists are invited to submit a story that addresses a specific human rights issue from print and online written media that highlights a human rights issue of their concern.

Stories must have been published by media outlets in Arabic, during the period from October 30, 2017 through November 10, 2018.
