Jordan field hospital in Gaza distributes food parcels

AMMAN — The Jordanian field hospital, Gaza 73, on Saturday provided food aid to the Palestinian Ministry of Social Development, a number of charity institutions and underprivileged families in the Gaza Strip, through the aid  provided by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation, as part of Jordan’s efforts to support Gazans and in implementation of Royal directives.

Hospital Commander Khalid Sawalqa said that charity parcels of foodstuffs were distributed to charities and underprivileged families to alleviate the suffering of people in the Gaza Strip.

Representatives of the people of the Gaza Strip and heads of charities expressed thanks and appreciation for the stances of His Majesty King Abdullah and his continued support, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
