Jordan Media Institute launches portal on women experts

AMMAN — On the occasion of the International Women’s Day on Wednesday, the Jordan Media Institute launched the “Portal of Jordanian women experts” initiative.

The initiative is an online guide that lists profiles of successful Jordanian women and their achievements in their respective fields, and will be available for Jordanian and Arab journalists, according to a JMI statement.

The initiative was launched in partnership with the Jordan Press Association, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, and Jordan Television, and was financed by the EU in cooperation with the International Federation of Journalists.
