Jordan one of top medical tourism destinations — Hammouri

AMMAN — The Jordanian health sector has realised several achievements in the medical tourism field, turning the Kingdom into a destination for patients from all over the world, Private Hospitals Association President Fawzi Hammouri said on Thursday.
Delivering a lecture on the sidelines of the 2018 Kuwait medical conference and exhibition, Hammouri said that Jordan seeks to maintain its international reputation in the field by excelling in all indicators, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He added that the Kingdom has been keen on receiving injured and sick people from Palestine, Libya, Syria and Yemen over the past few years.
