Jordan participates in ARABOSAI meeting in Doha

AMMAN —  Jordan, represented by President of the Audit Bureau Assem Haddad, on Sunday participated in the 63rd meeting of the Executive Council of the Arab Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI), chaired by Qatar’s Audit Bureau (2019-2022), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

The opening session of the two-day meeting held in Doha focused on reports issued by ARABOSAI’s executive council, general assembly and subcommittees. 

The meeting’s agenda also included approving an archive system manual, control office procedures, estimated budget for 2022, a date for the council’s next meeting and the agenda for the 14th session general assembly to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  

ARABOSAI is a permanent, non-political, independent regional organisation that aims to promote good governance and transparency, ensure accountability and combat corruption.
