AMMAN — The joint Jordanian-UK drill “Olive Grove" kicked off on Sunday. The drill is being executed by the King Faisal II/16 Brigade, which is affiliated with the King Hussein Bin Ali Brigade. The military exercise aims to test the ability of the brigade to conduct Military Operations in Built-up Areas (MOBA) and internal security operations. Olive Grove also offers training in reconnaissance and handling ground targets, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. The drill falls with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army's training programmes, implemented in cooperation with the British military, to raise the level of readiness and improve combat efficiency.
