Jordan’s largest Arabic content site intends to hire 200 new employees

AMMAN — Rami Qawasmi, partner and founder of mawdoo3.com, Jordan’s largest Arabic content site said that the company succeeded in attracting new investments of $13.5 million, noting that the website attracts some 45 million monthly visitors.
He said that the company, under its 2018-2019 action plan, intends to recruit 200 new employees, in addition to its current 107 employees and 6,000 content writers.
The remarks came during a visit to mawdoo3.com by the Minister of State for Investment Affairs Muhannad Shehadeh, on Saturday where he expressed the government’s support for creative and entrepreneurial projects, especially among the youth the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
