King condoles Chinese president after Jiuzhaigou earthquake

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday sent a cable to Chinese President Xi Jinping, offering his condolences after a deadly earthquake hit Jiuzhaigou County in China’s southwestern Sichuan Province, a Royal Court statement said. In the cable, the King expressed his sympathies to the president and the victims’ families, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
