Man suffers smoke inhalation in Aqaba warehouse fire

AMMAN — A man suffered smoke inhalation after a fire erupted in a warehouse in the Salah Deen area of Aqaba, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Firefighters from the Aqaba Civil Defence Department (CDD) extinguished the fire and administered first aid to the injured man, before transferring him to Prince Hashem Military Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition, a CDD source told Petra, adding that the department was investigating the cause of the fire.
