Officer, 2 civilians injured as suspect fires shots during arrest in Maan — PSD

AMMAN — A non-commissioned officer and two civilians were wounded when a suspect fired shots at a police patrol in Maan during his arrest on Tuesday evening, according to the Public Security Directorate (PSD).
All of the injured are currently under treatment, the PSD said in a statement.
The suspect was arrested, and the firearm used in the incident was seized, the spokesperson said, adding that an investigation is ongoing.
