Police chief, Watan Bloc MPs talk law enforcement

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Sarhan Faqih on Monday discussed law enforcement with MP Ibrahim Bdour, head of Lower House’s Watan bloc, and its members, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The PSD works through plans and strategies that cover all security aspects and are constantly improved and upgraded to keep up with the latest developments, Faqih said.

He also pointed out the cooperation between the PSD and the two houses of Parliament to preserve the national interest. Bdour said the aim of the meeting was to communicate with public institutions about their policies and services.
