Prince Feisal welcomes new JOC members

AMMAN — HRH Prince Feisal on Wednesday held a meeting with the athletes committee affiliated with the Jordan Olympics Committee (JOC), in the presence of two vice chairmen of the JOC Sari Hamdan and Khalid Atiyat.
Prince Feisal welcomed new members of the committee for the 2023-2024 terms, wishing them success in their sports in a way that conforms to the national sports strategy for supporting athletes, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The prince also stressed the importance of the athletes committee and their role in following up with athletes during and after their careers. For their part, members of the committee reviewed its roles, tasks, work mechanisms and future plans, stressing the need for an active committee that addresses athletes’ concerns.
