Prince Hamzah opens diabetes centre

AMMAN — HRH Prince Hamzah, in the presence of Health Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab, on Tuesday inaugurated the Eradah health centre for treating children and youths with diabetes.
Sima Kalaldeh, president of Eradah organisation, said that the establishment of a comprehensive centre for treating diabetic people is aimed at helping patients cover the large expenses of medicines, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
She added that the facility will offer diabetes and insulin test strips, periodic medical tests and consultation to more than 100 diabetic children and young people.
