Princess Sanaa attends signing of solar boat challenge agreement

AMMAN — HRH Princess Sanaa Asem, chairperson of the higher oversight committee at the Arab Renewable Energy Commission, on Thursday attended the signing of an agreement between the commission and the Compasses for Trade and Services LTD, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Friday.

The agreement aims to implement, organise and manage the workshop and conference on the 2nd international solar boat challenge in Aqaba, 330km south of Amman, in cooperation with the Dutch Solar Challenge in Holland, between September 18 and 21, Petra reported, adding that the workshop and conference will pave the way to hosting the competition next year.
