AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Thursday toured the west Amman land registration directorate to check on areas of improvement and weaknesses, the Jordan News, Agency, Petra, reported.

Last month, Razzaz made an unannounced visit to the directorate, following complaints regarding the agency’s services on the “assess your experience” platform.

During the latest visit, the premier said that the directorate has shown remarkable improvement in terms of speedy delivery of services and transactions. “I did not expect such a qualitative leap”, he said, adding that the directorate had “transformed the challenge into an opportunity”.

Taking into consideration the premier’s directives and people’s complaints, the directorate worked on upgrading its infrastructure, the directorate's chief, Alaa Omari said.
