SESAME Director General Khaled Toukan said that this step is a new phase in the path of scientific research, not only at the level of member states of SESAME, but at the level of neighbouring countries as well as the region as a whole.
Toukan added that starting the SESAME’s scientific programme will also allow researchers from Jordanian universities to conduct their advanced scientific experiments at the centre, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
