Social Development Ministry opens doors to visitors

AMMAN — The Ministry of Social Development on Sunday announced that it has started receiving visitors at the ministry’s centre and directorates from 9am to 1pm, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The ministry’s media spokesperson, Ashraf Khreis, said in a statement that a circular was issued to all directorates and facilities notifying them to open to visitors in accordance with the manual for public departments and with a commitment to health measures and social distancing.
The ministry’s offices throughout the Kingdom will open on June 15, he said. Services are currently being provided through its main directorates in the governorates and districts and work has already begun at local community development offices and family protection offices affiliated with the ministry.
