AMMAN — The Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) in cooperation with the German Bremen Overseas Research and Development Association (BORDA) has implemented a study to build an updated geographic database and create a sanitation hotspots map vulnerability assessment, to identify areas with vulnerable sanitation systems.
The map will help government decision-makers, private entities, donors and international organisations prioritise areas in need of sanitation projects, the Ministry of Water said on Wednesday, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
