Suspected drug dealer arrested in possession of 10,000 pills in Mafraq

AMMAN — Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) personnel on Sunday arrested a suspected drug dealer, found with 10,000 narcotic pills in his possession in Mafraq.
A Public Security Department (PSD) statement said the AND were informed of the suspect’s whereabouts, noting that the detainee has a criminal record, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The PSD found him in his vehicle in Mafraq’s Khalidiyah area, and arrested him after he resisted and attempted to flee. Police recovered 10,000 narcotic pills from his vehicle after arresting him.
