AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Minister of Education Mohammad Thneibat on Thursday visited a school in Marka, Amman, to check on progress of the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) winter session.

Thneibat said the winter session saw a drop in violations compared to previous years, attributing the decrease to 'the high level' of the ministry's readiness.

A total of 16 violations were recorded in the first two days of the current session, which concludes on January 16.

He commended students' discipline and commitment to regulations, as well as parents' cooperation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
