The patients are among several injured Syrians who were allowed into Jordan during the clashes between the warring parties in Syria. Mohammad Bani Yassin, the hospital’s director said that six of the patients underwent major surgeries and left the hospital after completing treatment, while the rest are still under medical care at the hospital.
Bani Yassin said most of the patients suffered injuries to the head, abdomen, chest and face, adding that the hospital has provided Ramtha Hospital with medical cadres and ambulances to mitigate pressure as a result of receiving a large portion of the injured Syrians recently.
