Ties between Amman and Seoul will continue to develop — ambassador

AMMAN — The Korean embassy on Sunday announced that it had reopened its military attaché office in Amman.
During a reception, South Korean ambassador to Amman, Lee Bom-yon, said that Jordan is an important country in the Middle East and South Korea is keen to boost bilateral ties with the Kingdom in all fields, especially militarily, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
In 2010, Korea closed its offices in Amman and other capitals for restructuring purposes. The diplomat described the relations between the two countries as “distinguished”, adding that the ties between Amman and Seoul will continue to develop.
