Tourism minister holds slew of meetings on Riyadh travel summit

AMMAN — Tourism Minister Nayef Fayez, on the sidelines of the 22nd World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit in Riyadh, has met with several counterparts, sector leaders, CEOs of major tourism companies and directors of global aviation companies. 

During separate meetings, Fayez discussed means to enhance tourism cooperation and boost the exchange of tourists between the Kingdom and other countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

In his meetings with sector leaders, the minister went over means to enhance cooperation with their respective companies to attract more tourists and more companies to operate flights to Jordan. Fayez stressed that the Kingdom enjoys “a diversified and unique tourism industry”, an attractive environment for investment and ease of doing business.
