Young man dies in car accident in southern Jordan

AMMAN — A 27-year-old man died on Monday in a vehicle crash on a road near the Marigha area in Maan governorate, 220km south of Amman, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Director of Maan Public Hospital, Walid Rawaad, said that Civil Defence Department personnel rushed to the accident scene near and evacuated the deceased to the nearest hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
