Zu’bi meets Iraqi counterpart, UN official

AMMAN — Interior Minister Ghaleb Zu’bi on Wednesday met with his Iraqi counterpart to discuss security cooperation between Jordan and Iraq, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He also met with the director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force and discussed the UN’s strategy to combat terrorism and extremism, as well as assistance and human resources needed in this regard.
The meetings came on the sidelines of the 34th session of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council, held in Tunis.
