JFA reschedules matches, league ends May 31

AMMAN — The Jordan Football Association (JFA) has rescheduled matches for the rest of the season, which is now set to end May 31. Postponed matches of the 34th Jordan Cup quarter-finals will now be played on May 14 and 27, with the league set to end May 31. Only the Jordan Cup semis and finals are to be decided. In the Jordan Cup, Ramtha moved to the semis after eliminating Faisali. They lost 1-0 and won by the same score before advancing 5-4 on penalties. Baqaa beat Sheikh Hussein 5-2 and 2-0 to advance. That Ras held Wihdat 1-1 and have their return leg postponed while Shabab Urdun's two matches against Hussein Irbid were also postponed due to their participation in the AFC Cup.
